We are a small, suburban based company seeking an experienced litigation secretary to support our attorneys. As we are a young and growing company, flexibility is key. Candidate must be a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision. In addition, they must possess the following skills, ability to manage schedules, maintain litigation files, make travel arrangements, answer phones, maintain confidential information, and provide the highest level of client service. 1 to 3 years post undergraduate work experience in industry
Focus of Work:
Analyze markets and companies to assess IP commercialization opportunities
Develop and model business cases and royalty analysis for specific licensing opportunities or industries
Perform competitive analysis breakdown and strategic direction of leading industry companies
Supporting analysis for new business opportunities around targeted patent acquisitions
Fast –learner with willingness to research and expand general knowledge
Help build a young, fast growing company
Background:
1-3 years post-undergraduate experience as market analyst with significant experience in strategic/ market/ competitive analysis, assessing complex business issues
Global reach and research experience a plus
1-3 years of professional service experience serving traders/clients in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is required
1-3 years of analyst experience in one or more of the following industries: software, hardware, communications equipment, semiconductor, life sciences, and/or consumer electronics, with an understanding of participants, products, technologies and business operations and a point-of-view about the future outlook of the industry
Qualifications:
Perform and identify appropriate research sources to obtain key data
Readily identify a market or a company’ s direction and operational or strategic issues
Structure persuasive business case to assist in determining course of action
Synthesize insights and findings into logical, supported conclusions
Strong MS Office skills
